Horry County (pronounced OH-ree) is located in the northeastern corner of SC – on a map it looks like a wedge between North Carolina and the Atlantic Ocean. It is the largest county in SC in land area, Myrtle Beach is its largest city, tourism is its largest industry, and Conway is its county seat.
