Wish List of Missing Landmarks

SC Picture Project / Wish List of Missing Landmarks

This page is a work in progress. You can see the county lists we’ve compiled thus far, below ….

Wishlist of Missing SC Landmarks

About Our Wishlist …

The South Carolina Picture Project currently features entries for over 2,300 landmarks, which means we’re well on our way to digitally documenting this great state! Hundreds of landmarks remain missing or incomplete, however, and we need your help.

If you are a photographer or artist – amateur or professional – who is interested in adding your work, we have created a wishlist of missing and incomplete South Carolina landmarks. We often get requests from people who are looking for inspiration, and we hope this list will help spur many wonderful adventures behind your shutter or sketchpad.

Of course, we also welcome additional shots of those landmarks we’ve already begun to document. Any one scene has so many sides to it, and we’d love to document them all. We’d also love to document landmarks in different seasons.

Can You Help?

Below is an ever-expanding wishlist of SC landmarks that we either don’t yet show or don’t yet show completely. If you can help by sending photos or paintings of one of the following, please upload them here. You will receive credit for your submission – including a link to your website if desired – and you will also retain full ownership of your image.
